I am a freelance designer, and front-end developer. I began coding with CSS and HTML when I was a young teenager who just wanted to make my myspace more awesome. I have an obsessive habit of subscribing to any and every CSS gallery I find, which means I’m always up to date with the latest design styles.
I have worked with several small web firms. I am a firm believer in Google’s motto “Don’t Be Evil”, which means if you do honest business, you’ll do good business. On a side note I am also a big fan of the Hank and John Green’s motto “DFTBA” (Don’t Forget To Be Awesome)!
I design and develop metrics applications for intranet operations for the CVS Caremark call center.
I managed and updated the Contact Center wiki pages, which highlighted processes marketing representatives needed to follow when dealing with their various call types. I wrote T-SQL queries and pulled the data from these queries into Microsoft Visual Studios to create powerful reports to assist managers in coaching their reps on key performance indicators.
Handled inbound calls for customers requesting Power Mobility Equipment. Additional tasked included Mail processing, Employee Customer Referral Processing, and other clerical databasing duties.
